Looking for calendar, email, daily task maintenance, meeting setups, note taking etc.

What skillset are you looking for in your VA? – someone experience with virtual admin duties, strong in Office 365
What tasks do you currently need help with? – managing email, calendar, setting tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) new client meetings, taking meeting notes
How many hours do you need help with? – would start at 40 hours/month
What does your communication flow look like? – first would be electronic – MS Teams (or other texting app) and video/phone calls as well
Do you prefer to communicate only during certain times of the day? – fairly flexible for this
Do you have your own task management CRM? – no, was working with my IT company, and did not land on one, open to suggestions/recommendations
