Client Support Administrator
Answer incoming calls & direct them to the appropriate team member, as required.
Maintain office supplies, prepare orders as required.
Maintain office services, hardware and software, including renewals and updates.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as mail, paper and electronic file management, etc.
Respond to client inquiries promptly.
Arrange for client gifts and cards (as directed).
Assist with the collection and aggregation of information required to prepare for meetings.
Coordination of client meetings.
Coordination of investment and insurance transactions as directed.
Prepare and send consolidated client statements, when applicable.
