Over the past 6 years I have consistently acquired and mastered many administrative skills. Data entry, scheduling meetings, customer service and drafting communication and documents are some of my favorite tasks!
I am an expert in Microsoft suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Projects. I also am very comfortable with Google products, Zoom, and various other systems and CRM platforms.
I have a wide range of experience, from calendar management and booking travel, to processing invoices, completing payroll, and drafting communications. Most of my experience has been in fast pace, high pressure situations working for C level executives and supporting management in the health care setting. I’m no stranger to quickly churning out reports at the last minute while balancing competing deadlines.
Using my tech savvy skills, I helped multiple workplaces transition to remote work during the pandemic, implementing new technologies, processes, and procedures to help them succeed. This experience allowed me to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, and really become an expert in the virtual administrative world.
