I have 7+ years experience as an office assistant in a medical place setting.

I have worked in multiple office settings which include a Pain Clinic, Gynecologist Office and currently, a mental health team. I am looking for part-time work and to start a portfolio of my own for my freelance journey.

– booking, confirming, rescheduling clients and patients
– managing multiple schedules
– working with EMR systems
– uploading information on charts
– helping with manager tasks including typing letters, referrals, organize outlook calendars, schedule ZOOM and Microsoft Team meetings, organize files, create excel spreadsheets, contact hiring staff and set up interviews and send out emails to appropriate staff
