I graduated from York University in June 2015 with an Honour’s Bachelor of Arts Degree and since then I have worked as an Executive Assistant for c-suite executives.
I have the drive, motivation and desire to be independent, successful and financially rewarded for my efforts. I am very interested in being considered for this position as I am deadline focused with excellent writing, organizational and multitasking skills. Supporting C-Level executives on various tasks throughout the day. Manage the Executive’s calendar in Outlook, including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, locations and mediums (including but not limited to phone, email and other proprietary systems).
Project management – developing and maintaining candidate and client templates (references, profiles, invoice requests, client agreements).
Appropriate liaising and communication between candidates and clients.
Creation of recruiting briefs, company profiles and other documents to support new business and ongoing searches.
Initial industry and company research, including candidate location and identification.
Supporting other associates during vacation or increased workload.
