As restaurant manager, it was my responsibility to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the restaurant. I was responsible for hiring, training and scheduling employees, handling guest complaints, taking care of the payroll, and ensuring our inventory is stocked by placing food and drink orders. Everything from front end, such as delivering food to tables, to back end, such as filing and organizing documents fell to me.
